Feel safe in our hands... After spending twelve years in the Victorian Police Force and having worked within the hospitality/entertainment industry for five years in a number of capacities, including putting together some large rock concerts and liaising with some high profile celebrities, and also working for various security providers, U-nome Security Communication Specialists' - Director had observed some clear needs in the community that, at the time, didn't appear to be met by the Private Security Industry.

Through sighting this opportunity – we are now able to provide a professional male/female security organisation which focuses on excellent customer service, high quality presentation, effective and targeted negotiation skills leading to successful conflict resolution. The team has an obvious presence of women. This community need has been verified through recent surveys and discussions had with the target customer groups as well as related organisations that service this industry.
